Anti-Social Behaviour Act Seminar

As you may already be aware, Part 2 of the Anti-Social Behaviour Act 2003 came into force on 30 June 2004. This part of the Act allows local authorities, housing action trusts and social landlords registered with the Housing Corporation new powers to deal with anti-social behaviour.
