Litigation Update
Please join us on Thursday 7 June at the Niche Hotel in Newcastle for a litigation update which will cover Part 36 payments, admission withdrawal and the new Ogden Tables 6th Edition.
Changes to the Ogden Tables were announced on 3 May. Be one of the first to hear how the changes will dramatically effect the level of damages and the impact on reserves. Our speakers, David Taylor and Paul Hughes will give a 60 minute talk explaining the changes and their consequences as well as a general update on Part 36 payments and admission withdrawal. Following this, please join us for drinks and light bites where deliberation and questions will be answered by the Partners at Crutes.
