If
when I joined Crutes you would have said that I would still
be working here 17 years later, I would have said you were
mad!
In 1991 I joined Crutes as a secretary as part of the ‘twilight shift’. As this
would suggest I worked in the evenings – like the Gremlins!
I enjoyed the work and decided to apply for a permanent position
as a team secretary.
Now 17 years later my role is as team
co-ordinator in the Business Services and Private Client departments.
My day to day role is to ensure the smooth
running of the department and trying to keep partners, fee
earners, secretaries and team assistants happy. My days are
made easier because of the support given by the partners in
the team and also the other members of the team being aware
of what is expected of them and what they can expect in return
which can be very rewarding.
