Tom has been with the firm since 1999 and is an experienced litigator. Tom specialises in Professional negligence and has experience in cases involving solicitors, surveyors, accountants and insurance brokers acting mainly for the professions but he does handle a small amount of claimant work.
Tom also acts for several local businesses in relation to contractual and business disputes and has also been involved in some substantial partnership disputes involving solicitors and accountants. Tom is also the manager of the debt recovery unit.
Tom continues despite the protestations of his body and his wife to play rugby for Northern. He has also recently taken up the less stressful pursuit of golf which he plays badly.
