Sue was appointed Partner in October 2007 having been with the firm since
1992. She acts predominantly for local authorities in public liability
and employers liability claims including work for the emergency services.
She also prosecutes on behalf of local authorities in the Magistrates
Court.
In addition Sue is head of the Housing Litigation Unit and
advises RSLs and ALMOs with regard to tenancy enforcement issues.
