Paul joined Crutes Law Firm in January 2005 as a partner in the Business Services Department specialising in Commercial Property.
He specialises in sales and purchase of investment property, representing landlords and tenants in all the legal aspects of the landlord and tenant relationship and licensed premises.
Paul joined Crutes as part of Crutes' strategy to increase the volume of private sector work carried out. He has already won work with property investors, SME's, banks and other well known privately owned companies.
Prior to joining Crutes, Paul gained 13 years of experience at a major regional law firm.
