Paul specialises in corporate commercial and partnership matters. He joined Crutes in 1988, and has been a partner since 1995. Paul qualified in London having trained in the City and is a graduate of University of London King's College.
Paul is Head of the Business Services Department acting on corporate and commercial, LLP/partnership, mergers and acquisitions, management buyouts, joint ventures, shareholder agreements and contracts.
