Helen has been a Partner with the firm since 1997 and was appointed to the position of Managing Partner in January 2006. She returned to her native
Newcastle to join Crutes in 1994 from leading London insurance firm Kennedys.
Helen is head of our dispute resolution department, and our professional indemnity unit. A large proportion of her work is acting for other professionals in defending their claims.
Crutes are pioneers of Mediation. Helen is an accredited mediator - she believes that early mediation can short circuit disputes.
