Gareth joined the firm as a partner in November 2004 from Denison Till in York. He previously spent 10 years in the property department of the national firm Pinsents.
Gareth specialises in commercial property matters, including investment acquisitions and disposals, portfolio and estate management and high value landlord and tenant transactions but with particular emphasis on property secured lending, acting for national and regional funders. Gareth also has experience in the property aspects of corporate and personal insolvency transactions.
