David joined Crutes in 2006. He qualified in 1997 and has experience of acting
for national and multi national firms.
A graduate of both Newcastle and
Northumbria University, David spent the first seven years of his career
in London before returning to the North East in 2002 where he worked
for another leading regional law firm.
He deals with contentious and
non-contentious employment matters including TUPE and share transfers
and advising clients on the implementation of work-life balance projects.
David has a particular interest in the provisions of the Disability Discrimination
Act 1995 and the new age discrimination regulations. He regularly provides
training for employers in conjunction with other business service providers.
David also speaks at external events on a broad range of employment issues
and contributes regular articles for the regional press and trade publications.
