Anne is a Partner in our corporate and commercial team. She has over ten years
experience in the North East, gained while working for international
law firm Eversheds.
Anne specialises in corporate transactional work including
acquisitions and disposals of companies and businesses, reorganisations
and private equity investments. She has a great deal of experience working
with SMEs and owner-managed businesses across a broad range of different
industries.
