Tom takes a leading
role in expanding team
Crutes expanding company and commercial team has received a welcome boost with
the appointment of Tom Bowes as a solicitor.
Tom, 25, graduated from Newcastle University, and later completed his legal practice
course in 2006 at the renowned Law School at Northumbria University.
He left the region to complete his training contract at a
law firm in London, but is pleased to be returning to the North East
to take up his new role in Newcastle.
Now living in Wallsend, Tom is looking forward to working
on a broad spectrum of company and commercial work for Crutes and its
expanding commercial client base.
Crutes continues to be recognised as for its strong commercial
offering – at the same time as it has successfully expanded this area
of business through its Newcastle, Teesside and Carlisle offices.
The firm has been successful in attracting increasing numbers
of SME businesses as company and commercial clients, who have been impressed
by Crutes pragmatic, value for money approach.
Tom commented on his appointment: “I am looking forward to
joining an expanding team and to playing a leading role in the expansion
of the business. I am particularly keen to become involved in marketing
and networking activity within the North East business community to further
the growing reputation of Crutes’ commercial team.”
Paul Bell, head of Crutes’ Company and Commercial department,
said: “With Tom’s appointment we are able to take the department to the
next level - and expand both the quality and quantity of work we can
handle as a team. Tom is an extremely talented, young lawyer who can
look forward to bright future at Crutes as part of our expanding Business
Services team. We look forward to working with him.”
