Sarah makes a winning move...

A recently-qualified solicitor from Teesside has landed a top job in the commercial property department of one of the North East’s most successful law firms.

Sarah Hutchinson, 27, has joined Crutes after qualifying as a solicitor in September last year.

She joins the firm’s Teesside office at an exciting time in its development. Sarah explains: “Crutes is making great strides in terms of expanding its commercial workload. This is particularly the case in my area of commercial property law, but is increasingly true across the board.

“It’s this that drew me towards working for Crutes. They are an ambitious firm and are giving some of the largest firms in the North East a run for their money.”

Sarah will be helping the team of four fee earners in the Teesside-based Commercial Property department to continue its expansion plans. She will be working on a broad spectrum of transactions - for private developers and private and public sector landlords.

Stuart Palmer, head of Commercial Property at Crutes, said: “We are delighted to welcome a commercially-minded young lawyer like Sarah to our growing team.

“This is an exciting time for us – as a team we have capitalised on the growth of the commercial property industry in the region, and firmly established ourselves as leading experts in our field. The addition of Sarah to the team will enable us to take on more work, and further expand our reach.”
