New Teesside Office

Crutes law firm has opened a new Teesside office to help it meet the growing demand for its services across the region.

The firm, which employs nearly 200 people across the North-East, has moved to Crutes House on University Boulevard at Teesdale Business Park, Stockton.

Crutes has invested in the purpose-built new premises to provide it with the capacity for expected future growth and expansion, having increased the size of its client base over the last two years.

It has taken the top two floors of the building, totalling 16,000 sq ft, on a long-term lease with the aim of sub-letting part of the first floor. Gareth Jones, a partner with Crutes who specialises in commercial property, said: "It is an exciting time to be working in the commercial property market here in Teesside, so it seems very appropriate that as a firm we are taking advantage of the high quality and excellent value office accommodation that is being developed here in Teesdale."

Crutes, best known for its work in the insurance litigation arena, has expanded its practice over the past five years and now offers advice to the commercial and private client marketplace.
