Professional Indemnity Issues Seminar

A leading Law Firm and set of Chambers are to hold a seminar on the current issues in Professional Indemnity later this month. The seminar is aimed at insurers, and is almost fully subscribed.
Crutes Law Firm, which has offices in Newcastle, Middlesbrough and Carlisle, and Hailsham Chambers in London will hold the seminar at 11.30am on January 29 2004 at The Barbican Centre, Silk Street, London.
Tim Wallis, Chairman at Crutes Law Firm, will introduce the seminar. Also in the programme is Michael Pooles QC of Hailsham Chambers discussing dishonesty issues (cover and claims).
Tom Whitfield, Senior Solicitor at Crutes Law Firm, will discuss “Seeking Contribution from Counsel – What Chance?”, Derek Holwill of Hailsham Chambers will discuss Conflict of Interest when Acting on Behalf of Insured and Insurer and Helen Ager, Partner at Crutes Law Firm and head of the Professional Indemnity unit will discuss Current Issues in Limitation.
The seminar will be concluded with a question and answer session.
