The Insurance Litigation Department works with a major composite insurer and an international loss adjuster to provide a litigation service in foreign jurisdictions in different areas of the world.
This service assists insurers in dealing with international litigation and includes location and selection of lawyers and attorneys. We are experienced in assisting claims departments by running litigated cases within agreed parameters and are currently running cases in the USA, Australia and several European countries. Membership of organisations such as the International Bar Association and the American Bar Association as well as an informal network of contacts and our traditional expertise in insurance litigation assist us in providing this service.
