Firm has acted for insurers, claims handlers, loss adjusters, self-insured
organisations and brokers for over 60 years. We provide a tailor made service

Our work includes:
- Employers' liability: the firm has a long history of conducting
EL work, involving cutting edge litigation in the field of industrial
disease. A major strength of the firm is our Public Sector work: we act
for approximately 57 local authorities, police forces and fire brigades

- RTA/motor litigation
Our geographical spread enables us to attend all courts in the North of England, including Cumbria. We do however handle large volumes of fast and multi-track litigation nationwide. We have found that with modern working methods and the help of technology, this can be done cost-effectively.
