In recognition of the volume of health & safety/prosecution work which the firm handles a dedicated unit was created in 2002. The unit is headed by Rod Searl and has secured instructions from companies, local authorities, insurance companies and individuals.
In the past year the unit has dealt with cases involving 11 fatalities and Barrow Borough Council Legionnaires outbreak.
The unit offers sensible, comprehensive solutions in what can be pressured situations. We also appreciate that in some cases there maybe damage to reputation risk. Part of our remedy is to consider these risks and if necessary, through approved third parties, offer crisis and media management.
