Crutes specialist Licensing Unit represents an impressive client list of PLC’s, pubs, clubs, restaurants, takeaways and hotels.
The team also acts for licensing committees and the Police, which means it has a strong understanding of the licensing process from both sides of the fence and can use this experience to gain the best results for our clients.
Our team handles licensing applications under the 2003 Licensing Act and has also handled a number of successful appeals against decisions made by Licensing Committees.
The Unit is headed by Ranj Matharu who has an excellent reputation and is an accomplished and experienced advocate.
