The Employment Unit has considerable experience across all areas of
the employment relationship. In particular the Unit offers expertise in TUPE
related matters; discrimination issues (including forthcoming issues in relation
to the implementation of age discrimination legislation in 2006); senior executive

The Unit also provides day to day advice for employers in dealing with employment
